Behind the Scenes: How We Powder Coat at Shree Balaji Coat
This is how work moves through our shop in Bhanpuri, Raipur. It is not a secret lab. It is a coating unit: metal in, colour on, heat, then you take it back. The photos on this site are from the same workshop.

You send the metal
A fabricator, a homeowner, or a factory drops profiles, a gate, or a lot of parts. We check the metal and the colour. If something cannot be coated, we say so then, not after it is ruined.
GST-registered unit. Phone and WhatsApp are on every page. The wall outside has the name and number so you can find us near CIPET and Urkura.
Coat and bake
Dry powder is sprayed so it holds on the metal. Then heat turns it into a film. That is the difference from brushing wet paint on site. You can see the spray booth and hanging work in our home page photos.
White profiles hanging to set are a common sight. Colour jobs use the plates you can view on the colours page.
You take the work
After the coat has set, you pick up or we help with how the lot is packed for a bulk run. A pickup of profiles going out is part of normal job work here.
If you want this process for your metal, call us for the pricing. Bring a photo. That is the whole pitch. No fake tour, no fake year count. Just the shop in Bhanpuri.
